School Sports Centre
From RIBA Stage 2 through to final handover, we delivered the full mechanical design package — including underfloor heating, ventilation, domestic water services, above ground drainage, and air conditioning.
Community Centre Refurbishment
Transforming an existing building into a new community centre, we delivered the full mechanical and electrical design across ground and first floor — including lighting, small power, fire alarm, security, containment, domestic water services, above ground drainage, and heating services.
Boarding School Replacement Heating System
From heat loss calculations and pipework sizing through to equipment selection and a complete construction drawing package, including schematics and schedules. We delivered the full heating design suite.
