We are Rebur Ltd, an independent company specialising in Design, Revit and CAD drawings for Mechanical & Electrical Building Services.
Our aim is to develop a sustainable business that provides a fun and supportive working environment. We champion flexible working, and we value the importance of personal development with training and mentorship. We strive to be the best at what we do. We have high standards in terms of the quality of our outputs and have earned a strong reputation as a result.
How did it start?
Rebur Ltd began its journey in the summer of 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our founder, Rebecca, became determined to balance career and family life, so she launched Rebur to provide freelance M&E CAD support. Over the following year Rebecca built a loyal client base by delivering high-quality, flexible CAD solutions.
In 2021, Polly joined the company, creating a powerhouse partnership. While Polly focused on CAD support and business operations, Rebecca developed the design arm of the business. Drawing on their combined knowledge and experience, they drove the company’s growth together.
Our reputation for quality, innovation, and dependability has steadily strengthened since 2020. By the summer of 2025, at the request of our clients, we proudly added electrical design to our portfolio—offering a full suite of mechanical, electrical, and drawing services under one roof.

Rebecca Burke
Rebecca holds a 2:1 BEng degree in Building Services Engineering and Sustainable Engineering from UCLAN and has over 20 years’ experience within the M&E industry. Rebecca is the company lead for Mechanical Design, and also produces 2D CAD Drawings.
Rebecca has a young daughter and 2 active boys and enjoys spending time outdoors with them, mainly to tire them out!
Polly Burke
Polly joined Rebur Ltd in 2021. Alongside leading the day-to-day running of the business, she is actively involved in project delivery, including undertaking CAD work and Revit modelling. She is solution focussed; enjoys solving problems and the sense of achievement from completing a task. She is also creative with particular attention to detail, which comes in handy in her role!
