Community Centre Refurbishment

Rebur delivered the complete mechanical and electrical design for a new community centre housed within an existing four-storey building, with the project phased across two stages. Our design covered lighting, small power, fire alarm, security, containment, domestic water services, above ground drainage, and heating services throughout the ground and first floors, with Phase 2 provisions carefully integrated from the outset.
